Peru San Jose Lourdes
This is a washed coffee which is ultra smooth from the Cajamarca region. It is sweet, clean and has flavor notes of chocolate, raisin and caramel. I like to roast it in the medium (City +) range. Not a lot of brightness in this one but it is a very balanced coffee. Really a great coffee with dessert or to make into iced coffee. If you like cream in your coffee this one has a combination of flavor notes and body that will hold up. The aroma on this one is amazing!
